Incredible Customer Service for People with Allergies

Michael Marques, the General Manager, and his entire staff went the extra mile to make sure the room we booked was free of all allergy causing chemicals, fragrances, etc.
He and his assistant manager and housekeeping staff worked together to make sure the room would be enjoyable for us, since we suffer with severe chemical sensitivities. In all my travels, I've never had a hotel be so caring and attentive. We stayed there on two different nights and are so grateful for the allergy-free lodging!

Great stay at Hampton in Shelton, CT

Great staff at the Shelton, CT location. The location is convenient and the rooms were clean and comfy. Would recommend staying here. There was also a water park that looked pretty cool. My daughter is 20 and wanted to get in. I'm sure it would be tons of fun for younger kids!
