This hotel had a good and convenient hotel location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre but free. Up the block from the port and in walking distance from everything. The Staff was very friendly.

Lovely hotel modern and clean Great location short walk to waterfront and all the restaurants and shops. Plentiful breakfast no complaints would definitely stay here again. Went to Hampton inn in Portsmouth NH after this also a very pleasant experience and great town also.
