Friendly and professional staff. Very clean rooms with good breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pillows were very soft so I had some neck pain. I spent most of the night changing them. But overall great

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had a king room and I loved that they had a shower with a door instead of a bathtub with a shower curtain. The TV worked great, with a long list of channels. Even HBO! Their breakfast was adequate. The food they had was really good and they had fantastic smoothies every morning. My only suggestion is they vary the breakfast meats instead of the same every morning. The employees were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. My grandson and I enjoyed their indoor pool. A little chilly for this florida girl, but once we were in, we warmed up with all our playing. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to Richmond, VA. Thank you!
