The hotel is right off I-15, next to the Jordan River. The front desk is quick at check in and check out. Breakfast is normal with hot eggs, meat, and side dishes as well as cold selections, juice, coffee, tea. The breakfast is kept well stocked and the food is tasty. Room service is excellent. Beds are comfortable. The only problem is that rooms do not have sheer curtains, so you are forced to close the black out curtains for privacy. This should be corrected, the rooms need sheer curtains for privacy while still allowing light in. Bathrooms are always clean, and the staff is happy to accommodate special requests. The pool is indoors, small but refreshing. There are ice and vending machines on each floor and a small guest laundry is available. Rooms usually include a microwave and refrigerator as well as a coffee machine and hair dryers.
I would NEVER reccomend this hotel. The beds were like a ROCK and if that weren't enough, the place was so LOUD all night. And the staff would rather argue with you than even tey to resolve the issue. Edith does not belong in any sort of customer service!
