Got in late and was immediately welcomed by Peggy, Ethan, and Chris who parked my car for me. The staff was warm welcoming and very polite. After checking in, I ended up getting some food and ordering a simple chicken and asparagus which Chef Joe made perfectly. Michelle Tradewell was my hostess and she was polite enough to let me finish my work just past 10:30 pm. Highly recommend those who normally stay at Hiltons to stay at this hotel.
My wife and I visited for her Birthday. We have stayed at the Hilton Galveston Island resort several times and are always pleased with our stay. This stay was amazing. Rooms have a great view of the gulf, the staff is amazingly friendly, and the restaurant and bar offer great food and drinks. Michelle in the restaurant was especially helpful and friendly. The chef also visited our table to ensure our food was perfect and made us feel welcome and appreciated as guests. Great experience!
