we traveled to Birmingham for a wedding, we flew in and were there before our check in time. the receptionist took very good care of us while we waited for the first available room. Everyone was very nice and very helpful!! room was clean, bed was comfy!

Not great

Hilton is supposed to be great. This Hotel was not great. Dated furniture, high prices, small suite. I’ll not stay at this hotel again. And I did not find the hotel staff to be very friendly. I usually don’t review, but this hotel was bad enough to warrant the review.
