Last minute trip from Florida for a close friend's funeral. I explained i eas flying in & requested early checkin since services were later that afternoon. "No problem Ms Brubaker".
Upon checkin, staff was pleasant & kind "Welcome Ms Brubaker. A quiter room for you. Our condolences." So appreciated that simple gesture.
The hotel was recommended by my customer but it was a disappoint from beginning to end. The room is poor quality, the airco kept me awake all night. The worst was the restaurant: the choice was very limited and the quality was terrible. This is not a place I would recommend.
