Unattentive staff / road to hotel entrance blocked by trucks parking

Phone had busy signal when calling. Upon arrival, there was no attendant at the front desk. Found her sitting at the kitchen area with kitchen staff. Morning tea station had no hot cocoa packet, said delivery not until two more days.

Could have been better

this experience at the hotel could have been better I was charged when I hadn't arrived the hotel and then I was charged a $15 fee for something I was not disclosed about and that had never occurred at this same brand of hotel.
