I asked if they had any Visine at the front desk and the manager said they did not. 10 minutes later I had a phone call to my room saying they now had Visine and I could come down and get it. Rare to see that kind of service today!

I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Las Cruces numerous times in the past year, and every stay has been great, so I decided it was time to write a review. Definitely the best hotel in Cruces in my opinion, whether traveling for business or pleasure. The property is lovely, with Southwestern Spanish style decor. The outdoor pool and hot tub area (and outdoor fireplace at night) make this roadside hotel extra special. Also, the guest rooms, while not brand new, are very comfortable and of course extremely clean. I'm glad they recently replaced the mattresses, as the old ones had been my one gripe with this hotel. Oh, and the staff is always a pleasure - friendly and helpful. The cooked to order breakfast is very good, and there are other items available (fresh fruit, yogurt, etc.) along with the hot food. There is a charge for breakfast unless you're a Hilton Honors Gold or Diamond member (which I am), but I think the quality of the food is worth it. Overall I definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Las Cruces.
