We arrived at the hotel and were graciously greeted by Nancy who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Our room was not ready yet, but Nancy went above and beyond to upgrade us to a suite which was available. While we waited for our room to be ready, Nancy offered us a cold drink and snacks. The staff at the hotel did an amazing job with their service and we were very pleased! We definitely will return yo this hotel in the future!

The staff is terrific! From check-in to checkout and in between could not have asked for a better, more attentive staff. Was greeted and thanked for being a Diamond Status member. Nancy and Luis were great and provided much information about the surrounding area!
Room was terrific, although could have used a little more drawer space.
Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Service in the restaurant at any meal was terrific!
Breakfast to order in the morning was outstanding.
Dinner choice/quality in the restaurant in the evening was average at best. A little disappointing from a previous stay.
