Looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay in Pittsburgh with kids? Consider a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh University Place. The hotel provides guestrooms with one king or two queen beds, plus mini-fridges, coffeemakers and microwaves. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided.

Perks at the Hilton Garden Inn include The Garden Grille, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a 24-hour, onsite market that sells snacks, beverages and toiletries (such as toothpaste). Complimentary shuttle services within a 3-mile radius of the hotel are also provided between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily.

Check-in is at 3 p.m., with check-out at noon. Parking is valet only for $18, plus tax, per day.

The staff during my stay were exceptional. I experienced the best customer service I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every member of staff I encountered introduced themselves with a hand shake and friendly greeting. I felt very special.

Clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Valet was especially helpful with directions and options for shuttle. Late meal in restaurant was excellent quality and great service
