The Hilton Palm Beach Airport Hotel is located right near Palm Beach International Airport and offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is just a mile from downtown West Palm Beach and within driving distance of several family-friendly attractions including the Lion Country Safari, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, Rapids Waterpark and the South Florida Fairground. The beach is about 15 minutes away.

This large hotel has 245 guestrooms and suites, including one- and two-bedroom suites. All rooms have blackout curtains, non-allergenic pillows and luxurious bedding to ensure a great sleep. And other in-room amenities include a coffeemaker, flat-screen TV, hair dryer and ironing facilities. Suites have a microwave and a refrigerator.

The hotel has an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. And you can spend your downtime at the large, contemporary outdoor pool and hot tub.

Absolutely horrific customer service.

I ended up leaving the hotel to stay somewhere else.

Management should have additional training on appropriate use of tone and affect.

While it’s quite possible he was having a bad day this Diamond member will never stay at this Hilton property again.

Convenient to airport not much else.

In town for a family wedding. The Hilton is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and restaurant& bar. Very good exercise room. Nothing else close by so you need to drive or uber. Internet access was spotty. Check out the iguanas.
