This Hilton is situated in the heart of the city, offering easy access to many neighborhoods, such as Chinatown and Nob Hill. Family-friendly area attractions include Golden Gate Park, Yerba Buena Gardens and Pier 39. Rooms include large plasma televisions, while suites feature oversized bedrooms and separate parlors. An onsite Starbucks and restaurant serve hot breakfast and provide children’s menus. Parents will want to frequent Nourish, the onsite spa by Spa Chakra. Kids will go bananas for the outdoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool. Pets will even enjoy the Hilton, as they are welcomed with open arms.

Total rip-off hotel

During our month in America, the worst hotel for our family. High charges for parking and upgrades with then comment "this is San Francisco", but worst of all, we just noticed that they charged more than 1000€ 3 months after our staf whilst everything was paid!!!! Do not go there, this is the Hilton name completely unworthy!

4 night stay

Pretty nice hotel with courteous staff. Updated room but mattresses are hard and room lighting is dark overall. Lobby is nice and restaurant is good. Convenient to the Moscone Convention center. Downtown can be scary at night but good restaurants nearby.
