Reviews

In need of serious renovation!

by Janafunk

Stayed at Hilton Santa Clara for 4 nights at the start of Nov'19 for business. The staff were extremely good, esp. at the bar.
The rooms were extremely old and tired. The quality of the food was poor! I would definitely not be coming back here!

Some glitches but nice hotel

Nice hotel located well for the Santa Clara valley. Rooms are nicely appointed.Very quiet and very comfortable. A king bed, small couch, easy chair, desk, coffee maker, fridge and large bathroom.
My first room had ants so they quickly moved me to a different room.
The second room had a toilet that ran every 10 minutes or so. Discovered this after I had settled in for the night. The next morning I reported it at 7:15 am as I was heading out to my meeting. When I got back to my room at 5 pm I noticed it was not fixed. I called the front desk. Within 5 minutes Sean from maintenance was there. He apologized profusely and said he was never told about the problem. He promised to fix it and said to call him later if it didn't work. I left for dinner and left him to fix it. When I got back to my room around 8 pm I got ready for bed. Within a few minutes it became apparent that it hadn't been fixed - but I was ready for bed. The next morning as I was checking out I told the front desk my story. The room is 214.
While I appreciate the effort I still had to sleep with the bathroom door closed to make sure I didn't have to listen to the toilet all night.
