We stayed here last night and had an awesome time! From clean reception area which offered friendly check in, cold infused complimentary water, newspapers, the attention to detail was fantastic and welcomed after our long drive. The rooms were immaculate. I used the fitness room which was decently appointed, well lit and clean. We used the pool and hot tub which again was wonderful. The rooms are immaculate and I loved that it had a large walk in shower instead of climbing into a tub/shower. And then there was the breakfast. We didn't even plan to stay for breakfast but once we saw the variety and quality we were silly not to! I like this treand of the offering more than a continental breakfast. There was everyting from yougurt to cereal to omelettes to pancakes. Well Done Holiday Inn Express Ann Arbor West, you exceeded our high expectations!

We had an awesome three night stay, the room was clean and Samantha at the front was amazing! We loved the breakfast bar mostly because Jill was awesome and made everyone feel like family. We would stay here again.
