Thank you so very much to all the staff for being so kind to my family and myself and for going above and beyond to make sure we had a place to stay during the unfortunate events we were dealing with.

Older hotel but recent renovations made it very welcoming. Staff was great and very customer-oriented and helpful. Room was comfortable with the exception of the bathroom where there was no fan and a rather large rust stain near the tub drain. Breakfast was "ok" but not much in the way of options and seating area for breakfast was quite small. If ever in Batesville again I would likely stay here again.
