We had been driving down the interstate in a storm for hours, and we decided we had had enough, so would for somewhere to stay.

We called in here, nothing was too much trouble. We were given a fine, large room, by warm and friendly staff.

Our room had a huge gold star outside, as did many, saying we were VIPs, was a nice touch and made us smile.

Stayed here with wife and kid over the last weekend. It was far better than expected. I am ashamed to admit but I have expectations already set prior to the trip. I will admit they were low since it is Morgan City after all. I was blown away! Staff was incredibly friendly and proactive to needs of the guest. It is obvious that they are trained to kill with kindness. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and the beds are incredible comfortable and everything is clean (room, bathroom, pool, lobby, workout room). This is by far the best hotel in town. Do not look anywhere else.
