A perfectly comfortable if unremarkable hotel. Nice firm bed, clean room and bathroom, no problems with TV or wifi. Breakfast selection was fine. Pool small but clean. Property is going through renovation but we did not have any issues with noise over a holiday weekend. Staff was friendly, but we didn't have much contact beyond check-in and check-out. Nice selection of restaurants nearby, including non-chain options up Wilmington Pike into Kettering. Would stay here again.

The price and location of this hotel were great, but oh my were our room’s walls dirty. Not just some smudge marks here and there, big sections of marks. One space even had what looked like pop sprayed on the wall. The rest of the room was clean and the hotel was clean, so if you don’t get that room you might be fine.
