This is a trusted family brand and the Holiday Inn Express proves the value in their Fallon location. It’s in the “Oasis of Nevada,” located on Route 50 near the Naval Air Station Fallon, Union Pacific, Cormark and Lockheed Martin and the hotel shares a parking lot with Stockman’s Casino. Top Gun Raceway, Grimes Point, home to ancient petroglyphs and miles of beautiful trails are also popular attractions and nearby. Families especially enjoy indoor and outdoor, heated pools and a whirlpool, fitness center and sauna and plenty of onsite parking. Most importantly is the complimentary hot Express Start Breakfast Bar served fresh daily. There are 97 total rooms that come standard microwave, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, iPod docking station with clock radio and a work desk with lamp and more.

Great Stay in Fallon

No 3-star+ hotels in town. This is the best. The hotel does need some freshen up! Carpets are old and won't take a bath in the tub. Drain plug not working. Curtains don't open all the way.

Front desk staff are very nice. Very small gym. You have to go through the swimming pool to get to the gym.

Standard room

The room was a good size and clean. Standard noisy window air conditioning unit. Turned it on full blast and then turned it off when it was time to sleep so it wouldn't keep me up. No table and chairs if you want to eat in your room. Very comfortable bed (was told it was new). The shower floor was very slippery. A real hazard. The hotel itself was very quiet. If you want a real breakfast, find a restaurant.
