We spent 5 nights here and were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the self-service breakfast was varied and good quality. The staff (particularly Chris) were very helpful and welcoming. The location is good for exploring Chattanooga and it’s surrounding attractions. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there a several good ones nearby.
This location is close to the interstate, but not very close to restaurants or entertainment in the evenings (although, if you have time, check out the antique mall!).
The price was right, although I didn't realize they would add a "pet fee" for my service animal.
The front desk associate waited until I hollered to come out, so don't bother trying to be patient.
The carpet in the room felt a little sticky, but overall it was clean and comfortable and my husband and I felt safe.
