Located just off Oneo Bay, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites provides a comfortable beachfront location. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, seating area, and a hot tub and whirlpool. Complimentary breakfast is served daily, and guests are welcome to take advantage of the fitness center and laundry services. The hotel is perfectly suited for large families and traveling groups. With rooms able to accommodate more than five guests and equipped with kitchenettes, the Holiday Inn will give your family plenty of elbowroom. Separate seating areas and partitions provide plenty of privacy and space.

The hotel is located off the main drag but is still close to many shops, farmers markets, restaurants and tours. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The beach is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports.

Easy and Convenient

We stayed here on our last night on the Big Island -- we had an early morning flight out of Kona and just wanted an easy place that was reasonably priced. This fit the bill. The location is great, it's not a big hotel and parking is super easy. The rooms are nice and clean and they have a free breakfast.

good location, great spacious room & service

We stayed here for the Ironman Kona for 6 nights. I wasn't thrilled about not having an ocean view while in Hawaii but the location actually turned out to be terrific. It was centrally located for all the thing we needed so it worked out well. The hotel is fairly new, always very clean, and the included breakfast was very nice each morning.
Kim at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The suite was very spacious, which was great since we had a lot of gear and luggage, and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave as well.
All in all I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.
