Stayed for two nights and the hotel is spotlessly clean with spacious bedroom (twin beds as requested) and bathroom with immaculate large shower. Beds very comfy, temperature adjustable in the room, heard very little from corridor. Little in the way for vegans but we ate out anyway. Staff were very helpful when I thought I’d left my phone behind and kindly checked room and areas we had been in reception area - thank you very much for that (found it elsewhere!). Definitely would recommend and return to.

A lovely hotel, clean comfortable and great staff. Room is what you expect, but a lovely big comfortable bed. Considering the hotel was full, there was no noise which allowed for a good nights sleep. A great location if going to Excel, only a ten min walk away. The only negative is the food in the hotel. I had one of the worst burgers I have ever tasted, and would not recommend you eat in the hotel, this is why I am only able to offer four stars in this review. However I would stay again if in the area and recommend it.
