Hotel entrance and parking very tight. Room was ok although a little expensive. Breakfast was ok and plenty of it. Not a far walk to most sites and not worth driving around in downtown. Front desk people were very accommodating.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The staff were all pleasant and professional. The Valet guys, Paul, Denham and Tim were the best. All had good information about the city and what to do. The hotel is within a few blocks of Broadway, which was great. I do not like paying $40 a night for valet parking, but there is limited options. A parking lot across the street from the hotel is cheaper, but not run by the hotel. Our room (#917) was on the back side of the hotel with a small view of the city. Room was clean and an average hotel room. However, directly below the room was a business (Quiznos), and every morning at 6AM, their outside speakers turn on. Yes, it woke me up and heard the music through the walls. I eventually moved rooms, same side and same floor, but further away, and I still slightly heard the music. The hotel said they have never had any complaints about it. Quiznos refused to turn it off. So, my only two complaints were , #1, the music in the morning, and #2, NO free breakfast. At $300 a night, I would hope for something. I will find a different hotel in the future.
