It is a beach hotel stay. Upon an arrival to the hotel, i was told not to drink or take shower due to discovery of legionaire disease in their water system. i was forced to get distilled water to take a bath i was given to cancel and go to another hotel for that rate. it was late night arrival which i didnt feel to find another hotel for that rate. the hotel should help us to relocate to nearby IHG hotel for same rate but it was last minute arrangement

I am not the type that write many negative reviews but I had to with this property. I had a reservation for yesterday at this property. While checking in, was handed a waiver form that stated that their could be possible Legionnaires Diseases in the water at the hotel. The front desk clerk also stated that there were only two possible cases this summer that was reported from their property. According to the front desk clerk, as long as we were not traveling with small children or elderly family members we had nothing to worry about. I was truly disappointed with this hotel's decision to not call us beforehand and warn us regarding this health concern. I would have booked somewhere else. After speaking with the hotel manager, we were refunded our deposit and we decided to stay somewhere else. I will never stay with this hotel again. Extremely dissatisfied.
