Very inconvenient layout of the rooms. The room was VERY expensive for what looked at felt like a motel 6. There are window units, no hot tub, no breakfast, none of the amenities that you expect from a Holiday Inn. The rooms are definitely musty and the bathrooms look like they were "half assed" remodeled. Chipping caulk, dirty tiles. The staff has ZERO personality and not helpful AT ALL. The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience of walking.

My wife and I visited this motel recently and I was shocked they had the Holiday Inn approval. The rooms smelled musty and decor very outdated. Pool is small in the center court and can be loud.

The good news is that the hotel has posters in the lobby announcing a total ground up makeover sometime next year. The location can't be beat and works fine for a night or two, but I would certainly not plan a long distant vacation.
