The complimentary breakfast buffet includes breakfast sandwiches and bowls, cereal and yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, waffles, juices, and coffee. Rooms feature flat screen televisions, separate living areas with sleeper sofas, coffeemakers, refrigerators, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, and microwave ovens. Nearby attractions include the Mall of America, Target Field, Target Center, U.S. Bank Stadium, and Minnesota Zoo. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.

Whether in town for business, sports, visiting family or friends, or for business The HOME2 SUITES in Bloomington is the best value for your money but has the most friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service

The front desk manager Tony was absolutely horrible to me on the phone! I was told by my reservation agent that I would receive 25% off my stay because of Hilton's price match guarantee. I wanted to confirm directly with the hotel, and when I questioned why I wasn't receiving the 25% off, he said I was getting the lowest possible rate. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager and when I asked to speak to his boss, he proceeded to cancel the reservation and hang up the phone on me!!! I cannot believe I was treated this way! Worst customer service experience I have received in a very long time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
