This recently renovated all-suites hotel in the center of College Station is ideal for a big family. You’ll find plenty of elbow room in two spacious bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with a king bed. The separate living contains a full sleeper sofa, giving a family of seven or eight all the comfort and privacy you’ll need. Every suite includes a full kitchen with microwave, full-size refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils. You don’t have to worry about cooking breakfast, however, as a free hot breakfast is served in the lobby each morning. The hotel also serves free appetizers and beverages each night during a festive social hour. Kids will love swimming and splashing in the large outdoor pool, soaking in the hot tub, or shooting some hoops on the nearby basketball court.
Homewood Suites is located just a few minutes from Texas A&M University, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, stores, and attractions. The college campus is a good place to walk, especially on the grounds of the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Kids will get a kick out of the museum’s historical exhibits, including a piece of the Berlin Wall. There’s also a full replica of the Oval Office available for photo opportunities. Less than a mile from your hotel is the new Dr. David E. Schob Nature Preserve, a great place to walk and learn. If you’re in town during the winter months, plan a visit to Santa’s Wonderland to celebrate the holidays with hay rides, a children’s train, and a petting zoo. A few miles from your hotel is the neighboring town of Bryan, where you’ll find a children’s museum, antique shops, and cool local restaurants. With its extended stay amenities and huge suites, Homewood Suites is a great choice for your family vacation to College Station.

Stayed for two nights. The room was nice, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. We stayed on the 4th floor which was very quite. Breakfast was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was nice having the kitchen and living room area in a separate room from the bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious room.
The staff went out if their way to ensure and double confirm that our room was ready (due to an allergy I have). The manager checked and personally corresponded with me to ensure the comfort of our stay.
The breakfast is included and was very good for the type of breakfasts that are usually included with a hotel stay.
The location was very near the Hobby Airport but was quiet; we can’t remember hearing even one plane.
