Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee in room. Great variety for continental breakfast. Good location! There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Currently the lobby is being remodeled and upgraded.

First off all, I pre-checked in on the app and selected my room (822), but was unable to secure my digital key within the app 24 hours prior to my stay. When I arrived an attempted to acquire my digital key, the app advised I need to go to the front desk to verify my id. When I arrived at the front desk Mariah explained the hotel overbooked and that I would be moved down the street to the Homewood Suites. Mariah explained they tried to get a hold of me but since I didn't have my phone number in Honor profile they couldn't reach me. When asked if they emailed, she said we don't do that, it doesn't work. So technically you didn't try to get a hold of me... Mariah was not empathetic to my issue and at times was combative. She called a taxi service but after 15 minutes advised me that I should probably get an Uber and she would reimburse me. Mariah would only reimburse me for the cost of the Uber, when I asked about a tip, she said, that's on you, you don't have to tip...Homewood Suites was nice enough, I'm not going to complain about the construction/repairs - I get it - but the quality was a step down. There was no restaurant.
