Amenities at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Airport include a business center, cribs and high chairs for your littlest ones, a complimentary breakfast buffet, a coin-operated laundry room, a fitness room, and an outdoor swimming pool. The complimentary breakfast buffet includes make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, breads, muffins, fruit, hot and cold cereals, freshly-brewed coffee, and juice. Suites feature separate living areas with sleeper sofas, flat screen televisions, coffeemakers, dishwashers, refrigerators, irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, microwave ovens, and complimentary newspapers Monday through Friday (USA Today). Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is noon.

We travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels.I never leave bad reviews and believe in extending grace but this place was horrible! Our room did not get cleaned for two days. I made the front desk aware of it not being cleaned on the first day and asked to make sure it got cleaned the following day. When I informed the front desk lady that we are out of towels she said “YOU can come get some clean towels from the front desk”. No apology, offer to have it cleaned, or offer to bring the towels to us. On second day I had to call down to the front desk AGAIN because the room had not been cleaned AGAIN!! By this time had run out of toilet paper. ( We did not have a back up roll in the bathroom when we checked in.) Find another hotel if you expect to have toilet paper, clean towels, and a clean room.

Hotel was close to major attractions. Good, hot breakfast. A partner shuttle was available to go to downtown music row for $10 roundtrip which was well worth the price. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel.
