Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando is an all-suite hotel close to the University of Central Florida and 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. While it’s not central to the theme parks (they’re about 30 minutes away), the hotel offers easy access to many popular tourist areas such as Boardwalk Bowl Entertainment Centre, Brighthouse Stadium and the Orlando Speed World Dragway. For shopping, you can head to the nearby Waterford Lakes Town Centre – a modern outdoor shopping mall located just 2 miles from the hotel.

The hotel’s spacious suites all have fully-equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, stoves and dining tables. Suites also have TVs complete with a DVD player and free movies — always a kid pleaser. There’s a free hot buffet breakfast for guests every morning and even a free buffet dinner offered Mondays to Thursdays. Other amenities include a large heated outdoor pool, hot tub and a free tennis court available for all guests to enjoy.

Good for buisness suites and kitchens a bit small

I have stayed here often when travelling for business at the research park. The rooms are always clean and the staff very friendly. These are not the largest suites and the kitchens are a bit under stocked but the helpful nature of the staff really makes up for it. The rooms are always clean and they go out of their way to accommodate my needs.

I travel to this area a few times a year, but it was my first time staying at this hotel. It was a great experience that made me wish I had chosen it before. Will definitely use this hotel for my future visits.
