Located on one of Tacna’s main streets, the Hotel Bolivar provides spacious and comfortable rooms offering plenty of sleeping space for larger family groups. Quintuple Rooms sleeping up to five family members are available. Families of four will find the Quadruple Rooms well suited for family use as well. The hotel offers guests with family-friendly amenities like free Wi-Fi and free continental breakfasts. An onsite a la carte restaurant provides guests with authentic local dishes and is open for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, guests can dine at one of the neighborhood’s many restaurants.

Noisy and cramped

We had asked for a quiet room but received a noisy one. Perhaps they don't have quiet ones. This hotel is on one of the main streets in Tacna. The room was barely bigger than the bed and although there was a window, it was quite dark. The bed was comfortable however the pillow case barely hid a very dirty pillow. We booked through booking.com and when we checked out they gave us a very poor rate for soles in relation to the price in US dollars in which we had been quoted. Can't recommend this one.

A very comfortable hotel in Tacna

I have stayed a couple of times at this hotel now in recent trips to Tacna. The staff is really friendly, the beds are super comfortable, and most importantly for me the we-fi works just like it should. I am travelling with a discount card called the Inticard which is accepted at this hotel and gives a 20% discount off the regular price making this hotel a bargain. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
