We stayed one night in a nice, big enough room. The bathroom is quite small and above the shower there is a “piece of wall” missing! So air and noise from the floor upstairs are coming inside the room.

We had the dinner at the restaurant: no waiter, the girls of the reception were serving us, so during the dinner nobody was in the room and we heard many times the bell ringing from the kitchen (our food was ready but nobody was there to take it)
We took a chicken Caesar salad but it wasn’t a salad. Some ingredients listed on the menu were missing (croutons and avocado for ex), then we took 2 lomo saltado… please stay away from that!
The meat was overcooked and the quality very very bad.
We told to the “waiter” but they just didn’t care not even an apology. Of course we paid it because they didn’t offer us any discount or again a simple apology.

Beautiful place, very clean and modern. Only a small number of staff spoke English, but we had little problem communicating. They have a good restaurant on site, but they are a little farther away from other restaurants. In a more isolated part of Ica, we felt safe and it was very quiet, but farther away from the main square and 10 minute taxi ride to Huacachina. Large pool and clean comfortable rooms, with a great bathroom. Enjoyed our stay.
