Reviews

I stayed 4 nights, split 3 nights, then 1 night, in one week.

Check in was swift and efficient, the lift was efficient. My room was rather small, had a/c which worked well. The shower had ample hot water, however, only one bath towel was provided, and these were worn quite thin. So, if you are like me, and like to shower morning and night, your towel will be wet from one of those times. I did ask for 2 towels, but housekeeping picked up my clean towel before I could make use of it.
The restaurant is quite good, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate.
A decent place to stay

It does the job

We ended up here after our flight was cancelled and the airline had to put us up for the night. It was a bit bland and felt a bit like a business hotel. Our room was fine, although there was only cold water in the sink and no plug. The batteries in the remote control for the air conditioner were dead and so were the ones the front desk gave us to replace them. The air conditioner was also either on or off, so we froze, then boiled, then froze once more. There was a small swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast was a large buffet, also on the roof. Staff only spoke Spanish and were not very helpful. For example, when I asked if there was a laundry place nearby, the receptionist said "yes" but didn't give any more information and looked very confused when we asked if she had a map of the town (she didn't). If you just want a place where you can sleep and nothing more, this hotel will do the trick.
