Recently visited NYC with family (2 children) and stayed at this hotel in Upper west side of NY. Hotel room with 2 Queen beds was reasonably priced (weekday) and spacious with private bathroom. Room was clean, well kept and beds were firm. Bathroom was nicely lighted and updated. Toiletries were high quality as well. Another supplement was 24hr hot water, tea/coffee, cookies in Lobby and apple/banana in morning. Elevator was good enough for 6-8 people, sometimes had to wait as only one. 24hr car parking was quite discounted nearby compared to street rate. Location is excellent with NY subway line 1/2/3 running from downtown Manhattan all the way uptown with convenient access to Midtown. Central Park is 2 blocks away. Plenty of food options nearby. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel is located just next to 96 St. Metro station, and 10 minutes of walking from Central Park. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but it is so close to many caffes and restaurants (there are even some branches of Starbucks Cafe and McDonald's). The room was very comfortable and pleasant.
