Moved to this hotel since our previous 4-star hotel in Vienna was all booked for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. But the hotel building is old and worn out and cracks can be seen everywhere. The hotel also gets a low score in cleanness, there were stains on different curtains and the shower area was not clean. The shower floor sink also got easily backed up with water if you turn the shower on with mid or high volume.

Bottom line, not sure how this hotel was rated as a 4-start hotel. This is either a 2-star or at most 3-star hotel!

We spent 10 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to U bahn stations and trams and walking distance to many attractions. We had Room 209 which was a slightly larger double room facing the courtyard. It was very comfortable.The staff were extremely friendly, always willing to help. Coffee could be ordered at any time and was delivered to the room. We participated in a wine tasting event while we were there that was very enjoyable.
