This new all-inclusive on the beach recently opened in April 2014 and has everything your family needs for a satisfying vacation. Enjoy one of the 573 guestrooms, each with a complimentary mini-bar (restocked daily with snacks and beverages), satellite TV and a balcony or terrace. For more space, book a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. Swim in one of the three pools, one of which is kids only, work out in the fitness center or play a game of beach volleyball. Children between 4 and 12 can hang out and meet new friends at the RiuLand kids club, open daily. When it is time for a family meal, head for one of the onsite eateries: a buffet, great for breakfast and lunch, an Asian restaurant, an Italian restaurant or the grill and steak house. Room service is also offered 24 hours a day.

Terrible hotel!!!!!!

I went with my family (40) and we had a very bad experience at the hotel, the towels smelled really bad, the air conditioning didn’t worked well. And the worst part was the manager Jose Trujillo to be exact, we had and inconvenient with the staff, they attacked 2 of my family members, they punched them in the face for no reason, I think no staff member should be aggressive with any guest. Then they locked them in the elevator for 15 minutes and accused them for damaging the elevator. When we tried to speak with the manager que was very rude and a bully. We will NEVER come back to this hotel.

Staff and rooms are great

Very nice resort,all amenities great.Shows are good,After entertainment,not much to do except the disco,which we were not into..Food is good .Italian restaurant was awesome.Chinese restaurant awesome.we did not make it to the steak house,but heard it was good.the maids kept the rooms nice and clean and did a great job.The sports bar is open all night for your pleasureand drinks are great.Had a few times where I could not get bailys for my expresso.
