used it as a base on our first night in DR arrived late but had clear efficient instructions on how to get in and collect our key, went very soothly. Ideally situated in Bayahibe , easy stroll to beach , dive shops, restaurants, supermarket. Room basic but spacious, clean , comfy bed . Roof top breakfast was free flowing and tasty. Everyone was very friendly and helpful . Though great value for the price. Only stayed one night but would happily use Villa Iguana as a base if was planning to spend serval nights in Bahahibe.

We had a fantastic time there. We stayed for 2 nights. Almost everything can be done by walk from the villa. Tenant are really Nice and cool. Good breakfast on thé rooftop.lots of great restaurant around the place.
