Have stayed at the Xanadu before and the overall standard was as good previously. Very efficient Reception staff who made you feel welcome at all times. Unfortunately the main change since my last visit was the closure of the bar/restaurant area and an area where you could sit during the day. I also found the lighting over the desk area in the bedroom to be poor.

I was booked into this hotel for a conference and really loved it! Great value for the price. Quiet, restful, nice breakfast. Very convenient to West London University, Walpole Park, the Pitzhanger Gallery, and also to Ealing Broadway station. There's a direct train from Heathrow to Ealing Broadway which was very convenient.
