Set in the oldest neighborhood in New Orleans, the Hyatt Centric French Quarter, formerly the Chateau Bourbon, offers families a unique experience in the middle of trendy restaurants and live music. More than 250 rooms and suites feature vaulted ceilings, flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges and luxury bath products. Balconies overlook the pool, lush courtyards and famous Bourbon Street. Suites come with up to two bedrooms. Get into the Southern mentality with sweet tea and comfort food at the Red Fish Grill for lunch or dinner, or start your day off right at Powdered Sugar, the to-go breakfast spot in the lobby. The hotel has an outdoor pool framed by chaise lounges and poolside tables, and the concierge happily guides families to the best kid-friendly attractions in the area.

Perfect Location in the French Quarter

This may be my new favorite hotel in the French Quarter....just a few steps from Borboun Street but also a quite oasis afterwards. Added bonus of super comfty robes and great in room coffee. The staff was very welcoming and attentive.

Great stay

The staff was really friendly, the beds comfy, and the food served (I was at a convention) was excellent. It's just a short walk to Bourbon St and rather centrally located. I'd definitely stay here again.
