You can probably find a better experience staying at one of the other nearby hotels. Room was in need of some maintenance and towels were quite old. Breakfast was just okay and coffee was depleted both mornings of my stay.

The highlight of Hyatt Buckhead was Julian. He was extremely helpful and eased our worries in terms of shuttle service.... which was great and EVERY Hyatt should have that. The things that were not great was the TV in the room was old, often not working, and not updated/modern. Also we were told there was no room service which we felt was strange. Regardless, the cleanliness of the room and help from Julian was incredible. The people really make the stay worth it, over the sort of average amenities.
