Nice staff but breakfast bar really sub-par

The breakfast bar is especially bad. Oatmeal is served as a thin soup, and sometimes comes minutes after the rest of the items. If you need oatmeal as part of your diet you are out of luck. Staff was not responsive to this problem on previous visit. I've stayed here about 15 nights this year.

Not pleased with this hotel.

My room was not cleaned. I opened the door to the room and saw that it was a mess and not cleaned. When I told the staff about the room they made me feel as if it was my fault even though I didn't go into the room.
