Situated along the Genesee River, this hotel is also connected to the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. The 341 spacious guestrooms and suites feature hardwood floors, one king or two queen beds, a flat screen television, a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. Complimentary Wi-Fi can be found throughout the hotel as well. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. There is a full service Starbucks cafe, along with an onsite restaurant serving breakfast, lunch or dinner. Families will love spending time at the indoor pool or the nearby walking paths along the Genesee River. Complimentary shuttles to the Rochester Airport are also available.

Great staff but not worth the money

We enjoyed the experience overall. Rooms were more than we usually pay, so we expected a nicer pool. Pool area was dingy and poorly lit.
No microwave in the room was an inconvenience.
Staff were very helpful and courteous, but the above issues plus an overpriced breakfast buffet would prevent us from staying here again.

Except for the food, I recommend this hotel.
Service, cleanliness, extremely friendly and helpful staff, good location. Sorry I can't find more to say to fulfill the two hundred characters requirement.
