We stay at this Hotel when visiting NYC for multiple reasons. The location is excellent for shows and other places we visit. The Staff and personnel are super to work with and are professional, knowledgeable about the hotel and New York City and do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. This time around our Guest Services Agent, Rosalba was extremely helpful and made our stay exceptional. We have stayed at this location numerous times and plan to continue to do so.

I'm Discoverist and spent what I felt was a reasonable amount of points for a Friday/Saturday night stay here. First of all, the location was perfect, less than a minute walk to the heart of Times Square. The property is nicely up to date, the rooms are small but comfortable and well appointed. Our only Food and Bev experience was at the Bar 54, the highest rooftop bar in NYC, it says. The view was spectacular, it did not dissapoint. The price for 3 drinks... probably on par for the uniqueness of the location. When we come back to NY, we will certainly look into staying here again.
