The hotel was in a good location. We could walk to Navy Pier. The room was small and older but not bad. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. My only complaint was that we got to the hotel at noon and asked for an early check in. They said the room was available but charged us $30 to check in early. I paid it but did not understand why they would charge for a room that was ready and empty....just trying to get a few more bucks is all I can come up with.
It start our trio very bad until we changed hotel! The only good thing about the hotel is location.
They put perfume in the rooms to hide the odor. Even when we changed room, it was humid in the room so we add an other day to go but we've paid for an other hotel. It was an happy ending at the other hotel.
