Love the Westshore Grand. Beautiful hotel and great staff, especially Whitney who was our server for breakfast every morning we were there. Friendly and helpful.Thanks, Whitney! Took away one star for egress accessibility. We paid extra for the Valet Parking and it was actually harder to get out of the covered front entry area of the hotel than it would have been if we'd taken advantage of the free covered parking behind the hotel where that was a traffic light. Live & learn.

Room was great, staff very helpful, and it was quiet for a good nites sleep. Parking and shuttle service to and from airport are a great deal. They dropped us off at American Airlines going and picked us up on our return within 18 minutes of us calling.
