O2 event

Great location for O2 event. Awesome breakfast, fantastic view of Thames. Staff very helpful. Only negative was that there was a day conference on so could not access the sky bar in the evening because too busy.

Spectacular River Views

We stayed from Friday to Monday as we were attending a family wedding nearby on the Saturday. We were upgraded to the fifteenth floor, lovely views of the river very comfortable room. Only complaint is that after the wedding we tried to meet up with family and friends who were staying in the hotel in the SkyBar on the 18th floor, and were not allowed because of an event with Boxers from the O2.. They had security on the lifts who were not very friendly and we were told to use the other bars in the building. We did not make a fuss but as we were all paying rather a lot of money to stay in the hotel, didn't much care for the manner in which we were treated, otherwise a lovely hotel with nice spa and restaurant.
