The management and staff make this hotel hum. Everything runs like clockwork and still, everyone is welcoming and friendly - AND I think they really mean it! The facility is spectacular, the views and location are wonderful, the food is excellent and the room was a place you could make yourself feel at home it. We can't wait to come back to this hotel.

Well situated for Moscone Center events. If you are a walker, and we are, you can walk to the Ferry Building, North Beach, the Wharf, almost anywhere in less than an hour. Nice room on 25th floor with views all around. Comfortable bed but horrible horrible horrible pillows without substance or support. Adequate but minuscule amenities in bathroom. Cabs and Towncars at your service. Recommended.
