You were incredibly busy and at the same time incredibly accommodating. Well done! . I appreciated the note from the Manager prior to my arrival as well. Valet was also very accommodating. Expensive, but great.

The hotel is lovely, and the location is excellent for downtown activities. We had a very nice room, but the lighting could be improved. The bathroom lighting is good, but the room lighting is dark. It was hard to read in the lighting.

Parking at $47 a night is expensive for a city the size of Indianapolis. The parking in the adjoining hotels is $10 less, which is very odd.

The concierge lounge was very nice, and the service was good. The lounge was extremely busy though. It was apparent that there were many people in the lounge that should not have been there.
