The only positive thing about this place is their staff besides that it's sad to see how an beautiful property has become so terrible.

The cleanliness is my main concern about the apartments, the crockery seems to be washed just with water, the bathrooms are barely cleaned since you can see stains everywhere.

Air conditioners needs to be replaced urgently since they don't work properly AT ALL and due the fact of heat in Punta Cana you simply can't sleep well.

The administration of this place needs to review this topics asap to renovate and provide their guests a good experience.

Great staff service and the owners are very lovely and incredible helpful. I traveled with my pet and the location has their advantages to make a couple of awesome walks. Also is on walking distance to a very good spanish restaurant.
