It was my first time at this hotel. It’s nice to see the historic elements preserved and the lobby is nicely furnished. The bath items were really nice and the room was pretty spacious. Fridge in the room is small and filled with items they would charge for. I brought my own water which couldn’t fit the fridge with all the stuff already in there. I tried to order room service one night and the phone just kept ringing. I ended up just going to the restaurant downstairs and dined there. It seems that there was just one server for the whole place. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby but only until 10am. Overall, it’s ok, but I will try other hotels next time.

Centrally located and walking distance to Inner Harbour. JT and Mone't were over accommodating and very customer service oriented. There are some aesthetic areas that can be addressed however, they do tend to add to the charm of the hotel.
